About the job

Are you fast learner and goal oriented person? Are you self-driven, have an eye for details? If yes, then take this opportunity and join our team as Finance Operations Controller. 
This position is permanent, and its based in Riga but as we believe in hybrid work you could choose to work remotely or to work from our office in "Jaunā Teika".
·  Provide financial support / business partnering to internal stakeholders, such as cost monitoring, regular meetings and review project P&Ls;
·  Participate in Danones Financial Forecasting process;
·  Administrate and develop financial databases and tools for cost planning and actual tracking;
·  Monthly closing and reporting;
·  Variance analysis;
·  Calculate transfer process and new product PnLs;
·  Maintain price master data;
·  Take active part on other ongoing projects.

About you

·  Strong skills in Excel, experience working with databases and BI tool
·  Have at least 2+ years of experience from a similar role 
·  Experience from Food industry, FMCG or Pharmaceuticals is highly valued  
·  Achievement oriented, flexible, agile, personable and pragmatic;
·  Strong problem solving skills and self-motivated personality
·  Proactive and professional customer service attitude
·  Able to deal independently with unexpected changes
·  Fluency in English
·  Team player
