Job description
As a Digital Strategy Manager at Danone Nutricia Campus (DNC), you will lead the multi-channel digital engagement strategy, optimizing content, audience reach, and brand visibility to enhance HCP education and awareness. You will be responsible for crafting impactful, data-driven campaigns that blend creativity and analytics to elevate engagement, drive brand presence, and strengthen DNC’s role as a key non-branded educational platform to provide credible, unbiased nutrition education to HCPs globally. You will work with the Board of DNC comprising of healthcare professionals to implement their vision for amplifying HCP education.
This role reports to the Senior DNC Manager and involves close collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to develop and scale unbranded digital activations across events, platforms, and key congresses (e.g., N&G, ESPEN, WCPGHAN).
Objectives of the Role
· Develop and execute a multi-channel digital strategy to amplify DNC’s reach, impact, and visibility among healthcare professionals (HCPs).
· Drive content marketing and brand transformation by shaping narratives that strengthen DNC’s positioning in HCP education.
· Plan and lead digital activation at key congresses and events, ensuring seamless integration of on-site experiences with multi-channel campaigns.
· Optimize audience engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, website, email marketing, webinars) through data-driven insights and continuous innovation.
· Analyze and refine digital performance, using data to enhance content strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
· Work with external agencies and cross-functional teams to scale execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities and audience needs.
· Explore new digital innovations and strategies to evolve content approaches and stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

Education & Experience
· Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Science, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or audience engagement, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or nutrition.
· Proven success in growing digital presence, increasing audience engagement, and optimizing digital platforms for scale.

· Experience in multi-market digital activations, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and campaigns.
