In the position as our next Payroll & HR Coordinator, you will lead and optimize our payroll processes with outsourced providers and external collaborators to ensure seamless operations for our productions sites in Denmark & Sweden. Depending on your background, the scope of the role can be adjusted to work with other Norbal (Nordics & Baltics) countries. You work closely with our local HRBP in Aqua d'Or, and report to our Sr. Payroll Admin & Benefits Team Manager, who is located in Solna, Sweden.
The position is permanent and full time, and we expect you to attend the office/production site at least 3 days per week.
Your role will include the following tasks and responsibilities (but are not limited to):
· Manage payroll processes to outsourced payroll provider and collaboration to other external suppliers within payroll process
· Take ownership as the superuser for the local time & attendance system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
· Effectively communicate and report to the head office in Poland, as well as external entities like the local tax authority and other regulatory bodies.
· Reporting of pension and similar personnel administration
· Close collaboration with other specialist functions in Norbal such as Reward, Accounting and Finance
· Drive continuous innovation and enhancement of payroll processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
· Provide comprehensive support for employee requests, ensuring accurate management of payroll and benefits-related costs
To be able to succeed and thrive in this role we believe that you have:
· At least a bachelors degree in Business Management, Economics, HR or relevant
· Around 2 years of experience in Benefits Administration, Payroll & Admin, Human Resources, Invoicing, Accounting Administration or similar
· Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to take ownership of your tasks and structure your work
· Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross functional teams
· Experience from, and understanding for production site as well as multinational companies is highly meritorious
· Fluency in English on business level and at least one Nordic language is required
