For Lüleburgaz Factory
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as backup to the Line Leader (i.e. lead DDS process when LL is on vacation)
• To identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses (lead discussion on Losses and Top 3 Plan for the month in Wkly DDS)
• To build the process capability & control (PQM/ MU / SPC / RE)
• To provide feedback to design (materials & product initiatives) and lead smart standardization deployment
• To define the equipment standards
• To lead the change management & validation processes
• To lead and build the capability of process failures technical troubleshooting
• To lead process benchmarking & reapplication
• Collaborate with LL and EO’s to develop new standards
• The Training of EO’s is a responsibility involved in many of the items above.
TASKS
• Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters.
• Use data to identify process losses.
• Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through process or work system changes.
• Participate in the daily direction-setting process – report results, flag issues and request resources.
• Own critical daily management systems, e.g. Centerline DMS.
• Use Reliability Engineering tools to drive center-lining and loss elimination
• Standardize equipment and work processes. Own the change management system for a designated process. Update process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occur.
• Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants.
• Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes.
• Develop him/ herself through participating in corporate and external training.
• Take part on planned stops and RCO’s flowing to the line as needed
• Standardize and improve RCO’s
OTHER EXPECTATIONS
•Spend 80% of his/her time on the floor.
• Become a technical expert for a designated process.
• Qualify on all basic operating roles.
• Coach and collaborate with the line teams and site and regional equipment or process owners
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; Mechanical /Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering departments of universities,
· 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or food industry,
· Factory Operations Work for manufacturing projects ( e.g Production Engineer, Process engineer, Project engineer ...) Participated Manufacturing Improvement,
· Excellence projects Knows GMP rules, has studied GMP rules in the field
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English
· Able to use MS Office effectively, SAP and/or any Document Management System knowledge
· Strong communication skills and organizational skills
· Coaching, leading, and managing change Detail-oriented and proactive
