PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT

Do you have experience in optimizing financial processes? Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working with numbers? If so, this might be the job for you!

In the position of Payable Accountant, you will provide financial and administrative support to the organization. You will complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

What Impact You Can Create at CHANEL:

·  Checking, booking and paying of invoices;
·  Processing expense notes;
·  Assisting with other matters in the financial administration monthly, quarterly and annual closings;
·  Handling contact with suppliers;
·  Thinking along in process improvements;
·  Supporting with monthly and quarterly reporting;
·  Responsible for correct VAT handling on invoices;
·  Supporting in new P2P program implementation.

Position Requirements:

·  Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
·  Passion for accounting regulations and bookkeeping
·  You are an accurate, energetic, analytic, positive, and independent person
·  You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics
·  High level of knowledge of Office 365 programs
·  Fulltime available and living in or around Amsterdam
·  Fluent in Dutch and English; French would be an advantage
