Contract: Full-time and Permanent

Location: Yorkdale Boutique (in Holt Renfrew)

As a Fashion Advisor, you are the heartbeat of our Brand. ·  Optimizing the client experience according to our Client Service Values, fulfilling theclient’s needs through genuine, flexible and tailor made service.
·  Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills tomaximize all sales opportunities
·  Maintain an awareness of Company, Boutique and personal sales targets andperformance, working towards all commercial objectives and goals set
·  Assist with regular back of house operations and review alterations and holds asappropriate
·  Establish and maintain sufficient knowledge of current merchandising guidelines aswell as the ability to maintain set standards at all times
·  Ensuring highest standards in all aspect of the sales and after sales service,including positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy incapturing data and timely follow up.
·  Upholding the image of the Brand as Ambassador by portraying a professional andsophisticated image of personal grooming and etiquette.

What you will bring to the role:

·  Luxury retail selling experience preferably in a similar role or customer servicesetting
·  Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
·  Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
·  Excellent communicate skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential)
·  Professional presentation and behavior
