CRM & E-com Intern
Are you looking for an internship with an omnichannel scope? Would you like to gain valuable work experience in the field of CRM, E-commerce and Retail Management?

Within the omnichannel department we focus on our Fragrance & Beauty Division. You will work together with the Omnichannel CRM Manager, the CRM Coordinator, the E-commerce & Digital Projects Coordinator and the Retail Manager. Among other things, you will work on the following topics:
· CRM (mailings and emailings): you support the team in implementing the CRM calendar for both physical mailings and emailings to our client database and that of retailers.
· Client acquisition: you support the team in developing client acquisition activities in line with CHANEL's target audience.
· Clienteling: you support in building a strong clienteling culture.
· Reporting: you create analyses on several different subjects and create reports for the teams
· You will also support the team in various events, campaigns and activities
Who are we looking for?
· You are a third- or fourth-year student studying Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital or a similar field and looking for an internship for 5 or 6 months
· You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week
· You live in or near Brussels
· Fluent in English, French and Dutch, both spoken and written
· Knowledge and experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
· Characteristics: eager to learn, independent, daring, entrepreneurial, hands-on, representative, analytical and good at keeping up and monitoring deadlines
