Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Position Description
We are looking for a Network / Zscaler Engineer with up to 5 years of experience in networking and cybersecurity to manage and support Zscaler solutions in an enterprise environment. This role involves operational support, troubleshooting, and client interaction, ensuring seamless connectivity and security for enterprise users.

Required Skills & Experience
. Up to 5 years of experience in IT networking and cybersecurity.
. Minimum 1-year hands-on experience with the Zscaler platform (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).
. Ability to operate and troubleshoot Zscaler solutions.
. Understanding of VPN technologies and Zero Trust principles.
. Experience with cloud services (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) or public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
. Good knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, GRE, IPSec, VLAN, PPP).
. Understanding of identity management protocols (SAML, OIDC, MFA, SSO).
. Provide L1.5 support for endpoints, network, server access, and SSL issues.
. Experience in basic endpoint or system troubleshooting.
. Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively across enterprise and client teams.
. Good English communication skills for client and onshore interactions.
. Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
. Ability to follow TL/Management instructions and provide timely status updates.
Good to Have
. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST).
. BlueCat / IPAM knowledge. Basic understanding of PAC files.
. Exposure to Zscaler APIs or simple automation scripts.
. Exposure to SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools.
Certification:
. ZDTA or CCNA certification is mandatory.
