Role Overview:
Seeking a TIBCO Integration Specialist to design, develop, and manage enterprise integrations, particularly connecting SAP with external systems and enabling seamless data flow across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO middleware.
. Build and manage interfaces between SAP and external systems.
. Develop and maintain data flows, APIs, and messaging services.
. Analyze business requirements and translate them into integration designs.
. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
. Ensure data consistency, reliability, and security across systems.
. Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams for seamless integration.
. Maintain technical documentation and integration standards.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 6–9 years of experience in TIBCO integration development.
. Strong expertise in TIBCO BW, EMS, and API integration.
. Experience in SAP integration (IDocs, RFCs, APIs).
. Good understanding of middleware concepts, messaging, and data transformation.
. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

. Experience with cloud integration platforms.
. Exposure to microservices and API-led architecture.
