Intern Consultant (ERP Systems)

Position Description:

We are looking for a Consultant Intern to support our team in the maintenance and development of ERP systems. This role combines knowledge of business processes with work on the documentation and configuration of enterprise management systems. The position requires proficiency in office tools, a willingness to learn, process modeling skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Supporting the maintenance of the ERP system, specifically in resolving issues reported by Clients.
• Analyzing and modeling business processes using UML / BPMN notation.
• Preparing reports and analyses in MS Excel and documentation in MS Word.
• Working with JIRA for task reporting and tracking.
• Collaborating on projects in the areas of finance & accounting, HR & payroll, or logistics.
• Verifying the compliance of business processes with the ERP system configuration.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Master’s degree student (2nd cycle) or final-year engineering student.
• Grade Point Average (GPA) above 4.5.
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (specifically MS Excel and MS Word).
• Basic knowledge of UML / BPMN notation.
• Fluent Polish.

Nice to Have:
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working with JIRA.
• Familiarity with business processes (finance/logistics) or ERP systems.
