Senior PLM Tester - 6-8 Years

Position Description:

Role Summary
CGI is looking for a Senior PLM Tester with Teamcenter expertise to support global manufacturing clients in delivering high-quality PLM solutions. The role focuses on validating end-to-end PLM processes, ensuring seamless system integrations, and enabling reliable digital thread across engineering and manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities

. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing in Teamcenter environments
. Validate core PLM processes – BOM, Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), Document & Configuration Management
. Ensure quality of PLM integrations with ERP (SAP), MES, and CAD systems
. Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and defect tracking using standard tools (JIRA/ALM)
. Support UAT cycles and collaborate with global stakeholders
. Conduct data validation and migration testing for PLM implementations
. Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous quality improvement

Required Skills

. Strong experience in PLM – Preferably Siemens Teamcenter Testing
. Good understanding of PLM data models and workflows
. Hands-on experience in manual testing with exposure to automation
. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC/STLC practices
. Basic SQL / data validation capability

Preferred

. Experience in PLM customization testing (BMIDE, workflows)
. Exposure to Testing / automation tools (Selenium/Tosca)
. Domain knowledge in Manufacturing / Engineering processes
