Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager with expertise in Oracle CPQ to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving CPQ implementations, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle CPQ implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth design and development.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project standards.
• Facilitate communication between business, technical teams, and leadership.
• Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
Must-Have Skills:
• Project manager with experience in deployment, enhancement, and adoption of digital solutions. (Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing IT projects)
• Strong understanding of Oracle CPQ.
• Experience with managing global stakeholders
• Strong grasp of pricing systems & digital tools

Good-to-Have Skills:
• • Experience with CRM/ERP integrations (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
• • Exposure to eCommerce or digital transformation projects.
• • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and middleware.
• • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• • Experience in stakeholder management across global teams.
• • Knowledge of release management and deployment processes.
• • Understanding of pricing strategies and CPQ best practices.
• • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• • Strong risk management and escalation handling experience
