This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Client office at a minimum 1-2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
1. Analyze and optimize commercial lending processes across the full credit lifecycle, including facility management.
2. Provide expertise in Loan IQ, XAM, and Livelink to support system enhancements, workflow improvements, and data integrity.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive stakeholder management skills.
We are seeking a Sr. Business Consultant with deep expertise in commercial banking lending and credit processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the lending/credit lifecycle and facility management, with exposure to Loan IQ, XAM, and Livelink systems. This role will support clients in optimizing lending operations, enhancing system utilization, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
. Analyze and optimize commercial lending processes across the full credit lifecycle, including facility management.
. Provide expertise in Loan IQ, XAM, and Livelink to support system enhancements, workflow improvements, and data integrity.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and drive operational efficiencies.
. Support implementation and change management initiatives for lending operations.
. Prepare clear documentation, process flows, and recommendations for business and technical teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Qualifications:
. Strong background in commercial bank lending and credit lifecycle management.
. Hands-on experience with Loan IQ, XAM, and Livelink preferred.
. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
. Experience in process improvement, system implementation, or business consulting in a banking environment
**CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
