Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Control-M Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide L3 production support for Control-M, ensuring high availability of batch processing systems in a banking environment
• Lead and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and change management activities as per ITIL standards
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical job failures and scheduling issues
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Control-M version upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
• Manage and maintain SSL/TLS certificates for secure system communication
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth batch operations
• Proactively monitor batch workflows and ensure adherence to SLAs for critical banking jobs
• Provide guidance and support to L1/L2 teams and act as an escalation point
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Control-M Administration (L3 level support)
• Proven experience in banking or financial services domain
• Expertise in handling major incidents, problem management, and change management
• Solid experience with Control-M upgrades and environment migrations
• Knowledge of certificate management (SSL/TLS)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Shell scripting for automation and issue resolution
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, including troubleshooting playbooks and roles
• Familiarity with enterprise automation and orchestration tools
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking systems
