Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

5+ years of Salesforce experience required.o    Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.o    Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.o    Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.o    Knowledge of XML, Java, JSP and other relevant software. o    Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc.  

 

. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations).
. Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.
. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce and other tools as needed.
. Develop and maintain custom objects, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver quality business solutions.

 

Your future duties and responsibilities:
