Position Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Junior application support and developer to deliver operational, maintenance, and development services to CGI’s rapidly growing PeopleSoft customer base. You need to be experienced with maximizing the value of PeopleSoft to fulfill the client’s business needs.

Additional Qualifications

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide PeopleSoft custom software/system development consulting services in PeopleSoft projects, demonstrating strong technical expertise in areas including but not limited to:
o Development, debugging, and customization
o System architecture and security
o PeopleTools 8.4x or higher
o Application Designer, DataMover, SQR, PeopleSoft Query, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Application Engine
o Database SQL scripting
o Basic functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, CRM, and/or Finance
• Maintain and enhance existing PeopleSoft customizations.
• Implement upgrades and updates to current PeopleSoft installations.
• Deliver high-quality code in line with project timelines and estimations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable support and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain documentation, white papers, and training materials to support knowledge transfer for customers and junior team members.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles based on transition and operational support activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Participate in project meetings with customers as required.
• Conduct quality control tests and analysis to confirm software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements.
• Application Support Activities (as required by the project).
• Monitor ticket queues for incidents or requests assigned to the team.
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed agreed service-level targets defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) or project timelines, specifically in:
o Incident Management
o Service Requests
o Change Management

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Proven capacity to perform efficiently in high-pressure environments.
• Strong collaboration skills, exhibiting a commitment to teamwork.
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
• Flexibility with a proven ability to adapt quickly to changes and think conceptually.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 1-2 days a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.
