Financial Processing Administrator (High Net Worth) - Service Consultant

JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Financial Processing Administrator to join our Back Office Operations team. Working with CI Global Asset Management (CI GAM) as a client, the Administrator will support CI GAM’s high-net-worth product lines and will be responsible for reviewing and processing mutual fund transactions.

Education & Certifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
• Completion of IFIC or Canadian Securities Course (preferred, considered an asset)

Experience & Knowledge

• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, back-office operations, or fund administration
• Knowledge of mutual fund operations, investment products, and financial industry processes such as plan types, tax rules, and trade types (asset).

Skills & Competencies

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to process large volumes of transactions with minimal error
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the demonstrated ability to analyze information and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear documentation.
• Proven ability to work within a structured environment while contributing to process improvements.
• Adaptability and willingness to assist or back up other team members as needed.
