JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our Back-Office Operations team. Working with CI Global Asset Management (CI GAM) as a client, Administrators will work on CI GAM’s high-net-worth product lines and will be responsible for the everyday management of a team.
Education & Certifications
• Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (required).
• IFIC or Canadian Securities Course certification (asset).
Experience & Knowledge
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a relevant people-management or supervisory role (required).
• Previous experience in financial services, back-office operations, or investment administration (preferred).
• Knowledge of mutual funds, investment operations, and financial industry processes (plan types, trade types, tax rules, etc.) is an asset.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage workload distribution, team coverage, and operational flow.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive transactions, approvals, and high-dollar trades.

• Experience supporting system enhancements, process improvements, and project-related activities.
