Your future duties and responsibilities:
Position: Business Analyst – Enterprise Services (Process Optimization & Agentic AI)
Main Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad/Pune
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience Level: 3–6 years (Mid-Level)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can operate at the intersection of business process transformation and emerging AI capabilities. In an enterprise services environment, you will analyze complex, cross-functional processes and design scalable improvements, including agentic AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Process Analysis
. Work with stakeholders across functions (GBS, HR, Finance, Procurement, IT Service Management, Operations)
. Capture and document end-to-end enterprise service workflows
. Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessment
. Create detailed artifacts: BRDs, FRDs, process maps (BPMN), user stories
2. Process Optimization & Transformation
. Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and cost reduction
. Design scalable “to-be” processes aligned with enterprise architecture
3. Agentic AI Use Case Identification & Design
. Identify high-impact enterprise use cases for agentic AI
. Translate business workflows into AI agent architectures: Task decomposition Decision logic Tool/API integrations Human-AI Interaction Diagram
. Define human-in-the-loop checkpoints and escalation paths
4. AI Workflow Implementation Support
. Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to build solutions
. Contribute to: Prompt design and refinement Workflow orchestration logic Data requirements and validation rules
. Support UAT, pilot rollouts, and performance tuning
5. Stakeholder & Change Management
. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams
. Drive workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs
. Support change management and adoption of AI-enabled processes
. Create training materials and SOPs for end users
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Business Analysis
. 3–6 years of BA experience in enterprise or shared services environments
. Strong expertise in: Process mapping (BPMN 2.0) Requirements gathering (Agile) Tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio
Enterprise Services Knowledge
. Exposure to one or more domains: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management) HR Operations (Hire-to-Retire) Finance (P2P, O2C, R2R) Procurement & Vendor Management
Process Improvement
. Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma principles
. Experience in process re-engineering and workflow automation
AI & Digital Skills
. Foundational understanding of: Generative AI and LLMs Agentic workflows and orchestration concepts
. Familiarity with tools/platforms such as: LangChain / LlamaIndex (basic exposure) Automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath)
. Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and system integrations
Soft Skills
. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management
. Ability to work in ambiguous, evolving environments
. Proactive and innovation-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience in digital transformation or automation programs
. Exposure to AI/ML or conversational AI projects
. Certifications: CBAP / PMI-PBA (nice to have) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
. Experience in enterprise platforms (PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, etc.)
