Requirements:

The Delivery Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Contact Center solutions with strong emphasis on AI adoption and transformation. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and client expectations while ensuring successful deployment of AI-driven Contact Center solutions.
The candidate will work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions such as chatbots, voicebots, predictive analytics, and NLP capabilities. The Delivery Lead will coordinate with solution architects and technical teams to design scalable Contact Center platforms aligned with business goals.
This role also involves stakeholder communication, project governance, risk mitigation, and ensuring quality delivery standards across programs. The candidate will play a key role in driving AI transformation strategies for client Contact Center ecosystems.

Behavioural Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
Ability to plan, prioritize and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player
Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
