Objectives of the Position
· You are responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from building a sourcing strategy, candidates sourcing, interview scheduling, offer management and onboarding stages, while developing and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
· Continuously look for process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to offer best service delivery experience.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
Operational Excellence
· Collaborate with multiple parties to develop and deliver recruitment strategy and framework suited for the service recipients. Support the talent pipeline processes through gathering of local market talent insights, managing sourcing/recruitment channels, creating internal candidate data pools, and supporting recruitment campaigns and marketing activities.
· Accountable for complete permanent recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, offer management, pre-hiring activities, satisfaction survey, onboarding till probation management.
· Support internal/external candidate relocation (secondment, delegation, domestic relocation, repatriation etc). Research home and host country regulations (taxation, immigration, foreign exchange, customs etc.) and coordinate all related activities to ensure smooth transition while in compliance with legal legislation.
· Vendor management which includes service provider scouting, selection, negotiation, contract management, onboarding, performance monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
· Manage existing vendors, support vendor invoice processing, ensure accurate payments of all recruitment expenses.
· Prepare/translate local language HR communication materials when necessary.
· Guide and train junior team members.
Process Improvement and Project Initiatives
· Identify process improvement, automation and digitalization opportunities, prepare business case and participate in digitalization and process optimization implementation.
· Continuously review and maintain knowledge documents in areas of expertise to develop the formation of competence hub.
Job Requirements
Education
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology
Working Experience
· 3 - 4 years of recruitment working experiences
· Experience working in large, diverse teams and able to communicate with different levels.
· Good analytical skills and have experience in data analysis, statistic or reporting.
Technical & Professional Knowledge
· Understanding of HR principles/Employment Laws.
· Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of any other Asian languages will be an added advantage.
· Depending on the supported country, the relevant incumbent may be required to have proficiency in speaking and writing the respective country language.
