Objectives of the Position
You will:
· Lead and drive Supply Chain digitalization project in Asia Pacific region, including but not limited to value-based Supply & Demand Planning, Production-to-delivery etc. to improving business profitability, data transparency and process efficiency
· Act as a strong change driver to foster a “Digital Mindset” among cross-functional stakeholders in Asia
Job Responsibilities
Lead Digitalization Plan from Business Needs to Solutions
· Understand unit supply chain digitalization strategy and roadmap, and implement accordingly
· Identify pain points, define end-to-end (E2E) to-be process in value-based demand/supply planning, production-to-delivery etc. and develop digital solutions with regional/global stakeholders
· Drive continuous process improvement in E2E planning to improve profitability and efficiency
· Represent unit in global project team (e.g., OMP, VCO etc.) and coordinate with regions/sub-regions/countries for solution implementation
· Coordinate and exchange best practices regionally across operating divisions and functions concerning processes know-how
· Lead E2E planning digitalization strategy for Unit’s new investment assets in South China
Drive Change Management
· Develop effective training concepts to foster “Digital Mindset” and transfer digital “Know-how”
· Address concerns of new users, and raise the adoption of digital solutions within the community
· Identify and mitigate risks and liabilities while running multiple projects ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress
· Act as a single point of contact and subject matter expert for new systems testing and power-user training
Ensure Data Quality & Data Foundation
· Owner of the planning digital tools with Regular master data maintenance according to business needs
· Ensure master data clean-up and validation
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, supply chain, data science, economics, engineering or related discipline
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in E2E supply chain solution design, demand/S&OP/production planning, or digitalization development
· Strong business acumen and E2E supply chain planning knowledge
· Analytical and critical thinking skills are a must
· Relationship building skills are essential for success. Able to develop and establish relationships with counterparts & stakeholders of a diverse background
· Ability to communicate effectively (inclusive of presentation skills)
· Digital mindset and proficiency in leveraging digital tools effectively
