BASF Coatings Group employs 11,400 people operating in more than 70 sites worldwide.  In 2021,we achieved global sales of about €3.4 billion! 

We currently have a day and an evening shift role available at our customer in Springhill, TN.  This will be a Monday-Friday shift with occasional Saturdays.

 

As an OEM Customer Site Service Representative, You Create Chemistry By...

·  Supporting the daily operation of BASF automotive paint products in Customer OEM plant.
·  Providing on-site technical and application expertise of product performance including color management, defect identification, and corrective action if necessary.
·  Assuring product performance meets or exceeds customer expectations.
·  Responding to customer requirements, enforcing product quality/performance specification, and supporting new product/application development.
·  Supports the efforts of a BASF sales/technical team to assure value to the customer for product technical support, problem investigation, analysis, and resolution.
·  Managing existing relationships and developing new ones.

What we look for...

·  An ingrained safety mindset.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key.
·  Data mindset.  You will collect and analyze technical data to identify and resolve issues for your customers.
·  Attention to detail in following written procedures, work instructions and JSAs.  Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite.
·  Solid track record of working independently.  Leadership potential and flexibility that showcases a willingness to work shifts and weekends when necessary.
·  High School Diploma (or GED).
