Where the Chemistry Happens…
Together with Customer Marketing Specialist (CMKS) and in alignment with region priorities, execute the communication plans and actions related to publicity and promotion, prepare the exhibitions and follow budgets related for each crop or area. Efficiently execute and adapt those plans to local conditions and budgets with the help of the MarCom Assistants (if any) by means of an efficient use of the publicity, PR and promotional tools. Contribute to the correct alignment of the external communications within the framework of the branding guidelines.

Formula for Success: You Will....
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication or relevant degree. Experience
Three years of experience in marketing and/or with target setting, processes, set up and execution Knowledge/Skills
Build and execute a marketing communication plan for his/her region of responsibility Organization of exhibitions and events Maintain internal databases (QuickBase, Imagebank, Sharepoint) Behavior style awareness and personal communication skills PC literate (Office and graphic design software like Corel Draw or Illustrator, Photoshop) Collect and maintain the relevant information about product and events on the Internet and Intranet Propose and/or provide generic material and service of shared publicity with dealers Awareness of working in a matrix organization There are 2 major jobs in this position:
Prepare campaigns to generate the demand of our products. For this we depend very much on the collaboration with the sales teams. Prepare sales tools materials to support the daily job of sales specialists
