JOIN THE TEAM

The global operating division Performance Materials with its headquarter at the BASF Belgium Coordination Center bundles BASF's competencies in innovative plastics. It provides customer-oriented solutions for industries like automotive, construction, packaging, electrics and electronics, sports, footwear, wind and solar energy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an intern of the global communications team, you contribute to the internal and external communication of BASF's Performance Materials division.

·  With your creativity, you will support the planning, design and implementation of a wide range of communication activities related to BASF plastics, both online and offline.
·  You will research topics and assist in developing presentations for internal and external communications.
·  You support with the creation of social media content as well as the conceptualization and implementation of digital campaigns.
·  You will be part of a working group to engage employees with sustainability topics.
·  Furthermore, you will gain insights into the processes of a global player and have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in close cooperation with our industry marketing experts.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  You are preferable a student in journalism, marketing, communications, languages or another related field.
·  A first experience in the field of communication or journalism is a plus.
·  You are fluent in speaking and writing in English.
·  You are able to work autonomously.
