Objectives of the Position

For this role, you will support the team in 50% of Marketing and 50% of Human Resources.  

You will get to learn more about Business Knowledge and Human Resources related to Business, Marketing, Human Resources and Communications. Through this internship, you can develop your Project Management skills as you will be assigned to lead mini projects with guidance from management. Your Public Speaking and Communication Skills will be enhanced with opportunity to lead meetings, workshops and manage internal communications platforms. Besides, you will gain international exposure to work with diverse colleagues from different countries in Asia Pacific (APAC).

Main Job Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development

·  Support regional and local countries marketing activities to implement initiatives such as new sales and market development, cost saving measures
·  Conceptualize, organize and conduct cross-country marketing related workshops
·  Lead creation of communication materials for marketing project initiatives and develop business updates communication materials for business units and senior management
·  Initiate digitalization project ideas to improve and streamline current processes

Human Resources

·  Design and implement People projects and initiatives with Regional HRBP for APAC countries, to foster alignment between company practices and business needs
·  Conceptualize, organize, and facilitate cross-country HR related workshops and conduct management presentation to all levels
·  Lead mini projects and manage Regional Internal Communications platforms
·  Support the implementation of a new regional Sales Incentive Program

Requirements:

·  Commitment to a minimum 6-month full-time or part-time (32 hours/week) internship from February 2024
·  Students of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Mass Communications or of related disciplines 
·  Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office
·  Responsible and open to diverse task, independent, entrepreneurial, and proactive working style
·  Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
