The Org Architecture and High Performance Organization department is responsible for shaping the company’s structural framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and capabilities. Among its key activities is Organizational and Operating Model Design, which focuses on crafting an adaptable, capability-based operating model that guides the company’s overall design principles.
The team is responsible for:

·  Organizational and Operating Model Design: Develop and oversee the org blueprint, including key design principles, a capability-based model, and high-level RACI matrices and Role Cards. This function also serves as the central resource for restructurings, role and responsibility charters, department naming, regulatory components, binding committees, and meeting frameworks.
·  Organizational Streamlining: Work to enhance functional alignment and reduceredundancies across departments.
·  Agile Enterprise Transformation: Support and implement agile enterprise methodology and way of working.

Key responsibilities

·  Assists in creating, formatting and updating the organizational charts 
·  Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement in data and processes
·  Contribute to the development and monitoring of Org Design KPIs
·  Support the promotion and implementation of agile methodologies and practices across the organization

 

Key requirements

·  Enrollment in a German University with Business Administration, Economics or similar  Strong interest in organizational design, data management, governance and agile enterprise 
·  Analytical mindset with attention to detail
·  Strong  skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
·  Strong communication and teamwork skills
·  Fluent in German and English, other language is a plus
