Working Student - Marketing and Communications (f/m/d)

You will be responsible for assisting an internal project team to enhance data automation within the Marketing department, with a focus on data provided within Product Marketing Presentations. The aim of the project is to enhance the efficiency and timely delivery of Product Presentations at scale.

What you do

 

You will support the Project Team in its ambition to create an efficient data delivery solution by:

 

·  Compiling a comprehensive overview of all data used across Marketing Presentations
·  Identifying the internal source for each data point
·  Carrying out analysis against existing databases and identifying gaps
·  Sourcing solutions to any data gaps
·  Reporting on findings to Project Lead
·  Documenting new business process flows
·  Building data templates which would consume the data being delivered
·  Assisting the Project Team with developing the requirements for any system integrations, including testing

The role is expected to holistically assess challenges and obstacles and you will be able to help design solutions and to solve problems

·  Appetite for learning new skills
·  Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving
·  Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills, and ability to analyse complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions
·  Demonstrate the ability to understand and document key business processes and data flows
·  Accuracy and attention to detail
·  Ability to work with tight deadlines
·  Self-motivated and responsive to a changing environment
·  Ability to demonstrate a sound solution orientated mindset
·  Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
