Job role

 

The team Global Booking Tool is responsible for operation of the workplace booking services within Allianz Group.

 

This includes desks, meeting room, parking spaces and other bookable items.

 

The Onboarding Manager will be the one who will lead the local project teams during the onboarding process, providing support, as well as working together with all other departments needed for the onboarding process. He/she will take care of end-to-end Onboarding process of the onboardings assigned by the GBT PO, providing direct and focused interfaces to all stakeholders.

 

What you will do

 

·  Creates handbooks, procedures, and policies for the onboarding process
·  Ensure the documents sent by the OEs are properly updated
·  Responsible for handing over the onboarding documentation and uploading them to the service folder
·  Creates and updates training materials as well as delivering training
·  Takes care of the training needs for the OE based on the category
·  Align with Eptura the necessary training and meeting for onboarding the OE
·  Take over the onboarding requests from the OEs and make the first contact with them
·  Organize Demos
·  Provide the OE Intro and demos
·  Provide demo to new OEs
·  Develops and continuously improves the communication plan
·  Continuous communication and handling of the relationship with onboarding OEs until the go-live
·  Tracks the communication package and adjusts it upon need
·  Takes care of the change and communication-related topics
·  Responsible that all onboarded OEs in his/her responsibility are addressed
·  Handling escalations
·  Forward questions/product enhancements to the service manager / PO
·  Maintain good rapport with the OE and Eptura SPOCs
·  Check and coordinate with comms SPOC on the progress
·  Ensure support during the onboarding process to the Global Booking Tool for Oes

 

What you bring

 

·  Strong skills and competencies in functional, technical, methodical, and social areas.
·  Knowledge / experience in service management tools and knowledge and experience with the Allianz internal tools and processes
·  Previous involvement in international projects or cooperation with offshore teams.
·  Demonstrated commitment, flexibility, assertiveness, goal and team orientation, ability to work independently, take personal responsibility, and show initiative. Additionally, strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
·  Proficiency in Office 365 and Service Management tools.
·  Pronounced commitment and flexibility, assertiveness, goal and team orientation as well as independent work, personal responsibility, initiative, persuasiveness and negotiation skills.

 

 

You have

 

·  Good English communication skills (both spoken and written)
·  Good IT knowledge and good IT processes knowledge
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
·  Reliable with high level of accuracy.
·  Ability to coordinate remotely with stakeholders worldwide, effectively utilizing various communication channels. Ability to coordinate with stakeholders at all levels and possess persuasive skills for follow-up to ensure desired outcomes.
·  Team player and ability to work under pressure with advanced level of self-organization and initiative.
·  Good communication and relationship building skills;
·  Certification in PRINCE2 (Foundation/Practitioner) desired
·  Certification in ITIL V4 (Foundation) desired
·  ServiceNow knowledge
