Job description
We are the Workplace IT provider of the Allianz Group, working together with corporate units to operate, optimize, transform, and integrate infrastructure, applications, and services. Our goal is to create the best customer experience and provide employees with a high-performance workplace.
What you do
· Support for managers in the Workplace area in daily operations
· Support in structuring and optimizing our internal information channels
· Analysis of existing tools and processes to identify potential improvements
· Development of proposals for process optimization and efficiency enhancement for managers
· Support in the coordination and implementation of new communication strategies
· Participation in projects to improve internal communication and collaboration
· Creation of documentation and reports to support decision-making
What you bring
· Enrollment in a program (Bachelor/Master), ideally in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, or similar
· Analytical skills and a structured working approach
· Interest in internal communication and process optimization
· Ideally, initial knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially M365
· Initial experience with communication and collaboration tools is an advantage
· Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
· Teamwork skills, initiative, and a proactive working style
