What you do:
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional mobile and desktop digital experiences through effective design, research, and testing. You will play a critical role in shaping our product's usability and customer satisfaction by translating business requirements into innovative user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, copywriters, art directors, developers, analysts, and project leads, to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences.
- Create user-centered design solutions for web pages, emails, and interactive tools, and produce supporting deliverables including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our existing UI design system, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices, digital accessibility, and brand guidelines.
- Translate complex product information into clear and user-friendly content, maintaining brand consistency and enhancing the overall user experience.
- Conduct user research and discovery, including methods such as interviews, surveys, and analytics analysis, to gather insights and inform digital design decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, UX research methodologies, and emerging technologies, bringing new insights and tools to the team.

- Ability to partner seamlessly with different members of the organization to understand project requirements and goals and effectively communicate recommendations.
- Experience demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, showcasing a portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency with UI design tools, preferably Figma, using design systems, creating mockups, and crafting prototypes.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across design elements.
- Strong sense of UX design methodology, interaction principles, and best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital accessibility standards and ability to incorporate accessibility best practices into design solutions.
- Proficient skills in writing for UX and interfaces, ensuring user instructions and interactions are intuitive and easy to understand.
- Ability to consume, learn, and work with unfamiliar and complex information, developing a baseline understanding of financial products to inform effective design solutions.
- Ability to research and apply competitive and industry best practices to design processes, ensuring innovative and user-centered solutions.
- Experience with contextual design techniques, and applying them to create user experiences that are tailored to specific user contexts and needs.
- Understanding of AI and GenAI technologies and their applications in UX design to enhance user interactions and experiences.
- Basic understanding of fintech concepts, and eagerness to develop knowledge in financial technology to inform design decisions.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in UX design or related field
- UX certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
