About the Job
As the Delivery Lead for the Sales Digital Workstation (SDW), you are responsible for driving the delivery strategy, execution, and roadmap for SDW—an insurance application used by sales agents to support customers, sell insurance products, and manage policy lifecycles. The platform is a key enabler of agent productivity and sales performance across markets.
You ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business needs and market demands. You work closely with the Technical Tribe Lead, collaborating on architecture, platform evolution, and cross-squad technical alignment. Together, you ensure that functional and non-functional requirements are prioritized and delivered effectively, while continuously improving delivery processes.
You play a central role in aligning business, product, and technology stakeholders, ensuring that SDW continues to deliver value to agents and end customers
What you do
- Define and lead the delivery strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for SDW, the core application used by insurance agents.
- Ensure platform stability, business continuity, and reduce technical debt through continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Tribe Lead on architecture decisions, tooling, and technical modernization.
- Co-own the tribe’s financial responsibilities, including change and run budgets.
- Coordinate across squads, resolving delivery conflicts and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Shape and evolve the organizational structure to support agile, scalable delivery.
- Support Product Owners, Agile Masters, and Engineering Leads in effective planning and execution.
- Align with Operating Entities (OEs) to incorporate local requirements and business feedback into delivery.
- Collaborate with other tribe and domain leads to manage shared platforms, dependencies, and integration.
- Represent delivery-related matters in leadership forums and contribute to overall strategy execution.
- Foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across teams.
What you bring
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep experience delivering digital solutions in the insurance or financial services domain, ideally with agent-facing platforms.
- Very strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and inspire international, cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in agile and DevOps delivery environments, with a focus on scalable, reliable solution delivery.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software architecture, system integration, and platform design.
- Familiarity with modern technologies such as APIs, microservices, containers, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience managing vendors and technical contracts.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Financial acumen to manage both change and run budgets effectively.
