What you do
- Modernize legacy systems into cloud services & develop new insurance products (B2B/B2C).
- Build AI-driven solutions with AZ Gen-AI Lab (GPT-4o) during Build & Innovate Days.
- Collaborate in global hackathons to prototype cutting-edge tech with peers.
- Develop in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot; leverage ABS RAP/RCP & CISL expertise.
- Work in Agile, learn new tech on-demand, and execute with ownership mindset.
- Optimize processes through automation, AI, and innovative problem-solving.
What you bring
7-9 years of Java/J2EE expertise (Java 12+) with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines (Maven/Jenkins).
Insurance domain knowledge (ABS RAP/RCP preferred) with Kafka, Camunda, or Azure experience as strong pluses.
Agile practitioner skilled in Git workflows, JUnit testing, and solving complex technical challenges systematically.
Daily tools include Eclipse/IntelliJ, JIRA, and DBVisualizer, with Azure cloud familiarity advantageous.
Strong communicator in English who proactively drives solutions while continuously expanding skills.
Bonus for any AI/ML awareness, though not required – we value curious technologists.
