Job description

What you do 
The Telemarketing Officer Benelux (0,6 FTE) is responsible for creating qualified appointments for Sales Manager(s) within one of the Sales departmens. You confirm the appointments to the proscpects and you note/registrer the confirmed appointments with the prospects in the agenda of the Sales Manager(s) and in the CRM system to optimize the quality.  

Main tasks:
•    Calling ‘inbound’ & 'nurtured' prospects and create qualified appointments for sales;
•    Sell digital products by phone to the Micro SME segment (below 1M euro): Simplicity and Trade4Sure;
•    Steer the Marketing Queue & Call Ready Queue in Salesforce;
•    Confirm the appointment & register within Salesforce;
•    Collaborate closely with Market Management colleagues to help improve the digital marketing campaign.
 

What you bring
You have a strong ability to communicate and convince and are self motivated with strong orgnisational skills. You have a strong ability to tailor sales approach based on external variables (e.g. Marketing communications, bankruptcy, DMU Level) and have a good understanding of the product's benefits and use to prospects.
 

Market knowledge
•    Know-how of specifics of market
 

Business expertise
•    Ability to build a structured prospect phone call
•    Ability to convert leads into an appointments for sales
•    Knowledge of Salesforce lightning
 

Interpersonal skills
•    Speak Fluent French and good Flemish/Durch
•    Ability to liaise with members of other core functions
•    Proactive, enthusiastic and persistent
•    Strong communication skills
•    Experience in Telesales.
•    Basic understanding and training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
