Job description

The IF Regions organization is a central part of Allianz Technology Infrastructure & Information Security (IF&IS) Function. As an interface between shared services and business OEs, IF Regions employees worldwide ensure improvement and harmonization of operating models end-to-end to further streamline all infrastructure, workplace and security services towards the Allianz Group IT landscape delivered by Allianz Technology.

 

IF Regions project management office is providing an end-to-end PMO service, embedded in a globe organization, for IF06 Regions projects and service teams, uplifting project manager and service owner efficiency by covering for all administrative processes, while ensuring transparency on IF06´s project portfolio and profit centers status to IF06 management.

What will make you succeed in this position?

·  Working experience (optimally 3-4 years) in insurance industry and / or consulting firm
·  Good understanding of business functions such as Operations, IT, Finance, etc.
·  Project management skills and experience with respective certification (e.g. IPMA)
·  Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written)
·  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
·  Good problem-solving skills and good business sense
·  Ability to operate and communicate effectively in an international and multicultural environment with stakeholders from different backgrounds and hierarchy- up to top management level
·  Strong organizational skills and competence to manage and coordinate workload within a team
·  Experience working within a PMO / related area

 

Your mission in the role will be:

·  Governance on IF06 project portfolio and services is orchestrated with a respective meeting structure, required data being collected and processed and formatted into audience specific report or communication.
·  Ensure capability and capacity to support and perform analysis on project health and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to the IF Regions management, IF stakeholders and sponsors
·  Establish a PMO service covering end-to-end support for administrative processes, such as SNOW demand and PPM, contract creation, procurement, and finance, as well as providing guidance and sharing best practices on the same within IF06 Regions organization.
·  Secure adequate and timely processing of the customers’ demands and projects within the shared tool ServiceNow and related administrative processes
·  Establish and maintain close collaboration with teams involved in administrative processes
(e.g. Account Management, Legal, procurement and others) enabling IF06 PMO to be up to date on best practices and process changes and striving for efficiency.
·  Management of a global team (DE/ RO/ IN)
·  Continuous development of staff with tailor fit personal development plans
