Key responsibilities/What you do

 

Working within the Mass Hiring Recruitment Team and reporting to the Mass Hiring & Enablement Lead, in this role you will strongly partner with the local Operations leader to overvsee, management and facilitate the end to end recruitment of front line positions.

 

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with our Operations leaders, partnering with them to understand their current and future needs. You will partner with them to define what succcess looks like, create local targeted branding campaigns to attract candidates and work with Worforce Management on the planning/ forecasting of future inductions.

 

You will provide your market knoweldge on the best sourcing strategy, develop and facilciate branding campaigns,, faciitate the screening of candidates supported by our shared services team, provide recommendations of candidates to leaders and following up to ensure a strong quality of candidate and palcements.

 

Additionally you will be responsible for

·  Acting as a trusted advisor to our Operations Leaders, Workforce Management and the global recruitment team
·  Creating an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer/ onboarding
·  Partnering with the business to ensue strong conversation performance, quality of hiring and closing the loop with update the sourcing strategy where needed
·  Managing company approved social media for recruitment purposes as per the specified guidelines
·  Working to identify today's and tomorrow's staffing needs; anticipating, designing and implementing recruitment strategy to meet these needs
·  Developing and deploying a variety of cost-effective sourcing channels - generating a diversity of candidates, attracting highly competitive talent, building of university relationships and identifying new strategic sourcing opportunities

 

Key requirements/What you bring

•            Proven experince in managing end to end recruitment processes;

•            experience working/ partnering as the intermediarty or account management ensuring performance delivery;

•            Experience in facilitating behaviourial interviews, use of assessments and new ways of assessing candidates suitabilty;

•            Be experienced in using strategic sourcing methods to proactive source for candidates and building recruitment campaigns;

•            Prior use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams;

•            Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads;

•            Strong ability to influence and show resilience navigating through demand and business requirements;

•            Strong communicatoin skills, verbal and written in English is a must.
