CASE MANAGER - PERSONAL INJURY I ADELAIDE, SA

We are currently seeking to recruit Case Managers at an exciting time of growth for our business

 

You will be responsible for   

· 
Proactive management of your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation

· 
Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants 

· 
Compliance focus 

· 
Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes. 

· 
Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements

· 
Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information

  

About you 

· 
Ability to work effectively within a team environment

· 
Familiarity with MS Office Products

· 
Strong work ethic and time management skills 

· 
Attention to detail and ability to interpret legislation

· 
Strong analytical skills

· 
Excellent customer service skills & the ability to handle difficult coversations
