We are looking for a Strategic Fronting Program Coordinator, based in Wallisellen, Zurich.
Your Team
The Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) line of business of Allianz Commercial creates innovative tailored structured insurance, captive reinsurance, and other non-traditional risk management solutions for a wide range of corporate and financial clients globally. We specialize in helping our customers mitigate their most complex risks with bespoke multi-year and multi-line agreements covering a broad range of risks, leveraging our expertise in alternative risk transfer and the global capabilities of the Allianz Group.
The Impact You Will Have
You will be responsible for overseeing tasks and transactions within the Strategic Fronting unit of Allianz Commercial ART Lob, a portfolio of program based solutions for Strategic Allianz partners. This role involves monitoring and tracking contractual elements within an assigned portfolio, as well as collaborating and coordinating with various functions, including Underwriting, Claims, and Finance.
Additionally, you will be accountable for the execution and review of tasks related to system entries and policy administration. The position requires proactive contributions to process improvements, enhancing team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
Oversee assigned portfolio of transactions, including onboarding and ongoing management.
Take ownership of internal processes, monitoring and adapting to evolving needs.
Coordinate with underwriters, finance, claims, brokers, clients, and credit control for seamless deal management.
Perform KYC for new counterparties and manage policy and documentation tasks (e.g., binding activities, invoices).
Ensure accurate tracking and booking of policies in relevant systems.
Prepare and review quarterly controls for assigned portfolio, addressing outstanding issues.
Independently support and contribute to assigned project work.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Intermediate knowledge of insurance, underwriting operations, and finance.
Expertise in underwriting tools, document management, tracking, and system entry.
Strong understanding of data protection, information acquisition, and transfer.
Analytical, reliable, and creative in managing complex tasks.
Knowledge of applicable laws and jurisdiction.
Proficient in digital technologies and Microsoft Office tools for insurance operations.
Problem-solving, flexibility, teamwork, communication, and continuous learning skills.
