Working Student Sustainability/Stewardship (f/m/d)
Join us now as Working Student in our Frankfurt office within the Sustainability Research & Stewardship team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team when preparing engagement meetings with our portfolio companies and thematic engagement projects.
What you will do
- Analyze in-depth topics and develop thematic engagement projects focused on climate, biodiversity, and social issues that drive meaningful impact
- Review corporate governance structures of companies to assess alignment with responsible investment principles
- Review peer and market analyses to sharpen engagement and proxy voting strategies with fresh insights
- Prepare engagement meetings with portfolio companies to ensure productive and informed discussions
- Support the team head in chairing the 30% Club Germany Investor Group—a collaborative initiative promoting gender diversity—by organizing meetings and drafting engagement notes
- Support the creation of presentations that effectively communicate engagement goals and outcomes.
What you bring
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability, ideally supported by hands-on experience in the field
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a sustainability-related discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams
- Creative thinker with a positive mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Collaborative team player with a collegial and respectful attitude
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
