As the Strategic Assistant to the Head of HR, your primary role is to support the Head of HR by adapting to the specific needs of the executive and the organization. You will understand the responsibilities, needs, and priorities of the Head of HR to create the time and space needed for them to focus on the most strategically critical demands of the position. Your responsibilities include assisting in developing strategy, organization, coordination, analysis, and support in defining and implementing strategic initiatives. You will interact with board members, key stakeholders, and other partners, exercising high-level judgment, working independently, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:
- Agenda Prioritization: Work with the Head of HR to prioritize agendas and focus on key issues and opportunities.
- Strategy Support: Assist in corporate strategy formulation and execution, steering strategy and planning across the region.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure monthly follow-up on cost controlling and FTE figures, aligning with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with management to align goals and monitor organizational and financial KPIs.
- Presentation Development: Build and present decision-making materials to management.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks to support optimal functioning of the Head of HR.
- Decision Follow-Up: Track decisions and report progress, ensuring effective communication with internal and external contacts.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration and manage relationships with stakeholders.
Your Profile:
You are a skilled communicator and connecting leader with a strategic mindset and a drive for change and results. With relevant experience, you excel in strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and consulting. You possess exceptional organizational skills, agility, adaptability, and flexibility, with a fierce determination to meet complex challenges. Holding a Master’s degree, you are solution and customer-focused, assertive, and committed to continuous learning.
