Job description

Summary:

Responsible for expanding health business through Direct Sales channel, identify and drive direct channel business opportunites in order to achieve sales target.

 

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Marketing Strategy and Planning                                                                                                        
1. Sell health insurance products to direct customers in order to achieve defined target    
2. Seek for direct sales opportunities through online and offline (on-ground, community and referral) 
3. Actively convert leads to sales and frequently meet with prospects in pre-defined markets 
4. Consult and agree with line manager on sales activity plan in order to achieve defined target
5. Propose the best matched health insurance product to direct customers
6. Work closely with the Underwriting team and Sale Support Unit
7. Follow sale conditions & product guideline to minimize complaint from customer                                                                                                        
Business Planning                                                                                                        
- Develop and implement business plan with agreement from manager and BU Head to meet and exceed the defined targe

 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

• Direct Experience of sales and marketing in financial institutions insurance or insurance Industry 

• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or oPilot 365, will be an advantage.
