About the Job
As a Service Manager for the Global Mobile Project (AZ Pocket) at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and management of mobile services that support our partner projects. You will ensure that services meet business objectives and enhance the user experience. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing service performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will leverage AI technologies to optimize service delivery and drive innovation.
What you do
- Oversee the delivery and management of mobile services for the Global Mobile Project (AZ Pocket), ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and business value.
- Implement service improvement initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance service delivery and drive innovation.
- Develop and maintain service documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on service goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior service managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role, with a focus on mobile projects.
- Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices.
- Experience with mobile development frameworks and technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
- Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance service delivery and decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence for service management.
