Senior Trainer

Job details / role purpose :-

• We are looking for a Process Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for our new and existing associates.
• Process Trainer responsibilities include conducting new hire training, skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our associates to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.
• Responsible for help in increase the overall performance of our associates and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities :-

• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
• Design training curricula within time and budget constraints.
• Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
• New hire training of Customer care associates.
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
• Monitor performance matrix’s and results.
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
• Report on impact of training programs (e.g, Knowledge check, TNA).
• Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and batch performances.

Profile sought and key requirements:-

• Experience of minimum 1 year as Trainer in Inbound call center process.
• Experience in automotive industry is a must.
• Good knowledge of MS word, excel and power point.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
• Good problem solving & decision-making skills.
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Additional certification in training is a plus.
• Graduate and Native of NCR.
