Job role

 

The role is a communicator role, creating communication products from strategy to implementation. The role is dedicated to the internal customer Allianz Technology 
    

What you will do

 

 

·  Manage communication activities around a key strategic function of the business to present and maintain a positive image internally 
·  Develop and implement internal communication strategies for designated projects and activities in line with the overarching corporate communications strategy   
·  Develops and leads an effective communication plan and ensures proper communication for designated projects and activities in line with the overarching corporate communications strategy correlating content, Tools, channels, timelines
·  Prepare, compile, and create content for internal communication, i.e., composing, editing, and producing communications for internal target groups including, but not limited to presentations, scripts, intranet articles, internal wiki articles, e-mails, etc.  
·  Contributes to creating flows and communication processes that will lead to the improvement of the service delivery 
·  Contributes to internal events with content from the area of expertise and provides support as needed and moderate events as townhalls etc. 
·  Cooperate and collaborate with other internal communication stakeholders within Allianz on project topics (e.g., function communicators, corporate communication, end users, SPOCs (Single Point of Contact), internal customers in Operating Entities) 
·  Identify topics for global stories, monthly digest, and newsletter, and share with function communicator to be posted on global channels. 
 

What you bring

 

·  Bachelor's degree in project management, Communications, Journalism, or related field 
·  Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel, Office 365 apps (including Intranet and Viva Engage)
·  3-5 years of communications experience  
·  Native fluency in written and spoken English 
·  German is a plus 
·  Experience with a wide range of digital communication tools and channels 
·  Proven ability to create and summarize content of complex nature 
·  Agile knowledge/experience is an advantage
