Job role

 

In your role as a Communications & Engagement Specialist, you will be mainly responsible for successfully planning and executing internal communications, events, campaigns, materials and projects.

You will be part of the Local Communications team of Allianz Services Romania, reporting to Communications & Engagement Manager, and part of the Global Communications team of Allianz Services, under the coordination of the Global Head of Communications.

 

What you will do

·  Contribute to the implementation of the internal communications plan of Allianz Services Romania, by creating content and materials adapted for the target audience and for the used channels (emailing, intranet, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage and other relevant channels);
·   Support other internal departments in drafting, updating and finalizing communication materials, according to their needs and to the brand manual;
·   Contribute to the implementation of the global communication strategy, by creating and cascading global messages to the local organization;
·   Constantly monitor, promote, and ensure compliance with the brand manual and procedures dedicated to creating and distributing local messages and communications;
·   Contribute with content to Social Media channels and external platforms with the aim of promoting the local organization, as needed;
·   Contribute to the implementation of the internal events plan within the local organization, in all phases of event implementation, from concept preparation, financial and legal alignments, budget creation, to setting the agenda, ensuring technical equipment and logistics, content preparation, and all materials and elements for the smooth running of the event;
·   Manage the relationship and communication with service providers that contribute to the smooth running of the internal event;
·   Contribute to the organization of global events by participating in planning meetings, preparing content, logistical or technical framework, at the request of the global team;
·   Support internal clients in organizing events through counseling, recommendations, and help as needed.

 

What you bring

·  University graduate, minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant position in internal or corporate communication / PR department / advertising agency / marketing or brand;
·   Experience in organizing and managing events (both in person and virtual);
·   Experience in content management on social platforms;
·   Solid command of Romanian and English languages, both written and spoken;
·   Solid writing skills, storytelling competences and business knowledge;
·   Project management skills.

 

You have

·  Very good communication skills;
·   Ability to stick to unpredictable and tight deadlines;
·   Ability to work in teams with cross-functional roles;
·   Openness to learn and adopt new technologies/tools/platforms;
·   Very good organization skills;
·   Proficient skills in PC & Microsoft Office.
