We are seeing an Injury Management Specialist for our Brisbane office.

You'll be responsible for

·  Collaborating with claims operations and treatment providers to develop strategies for reducing the human and financial costs to Allianz through structured injury management practices
·  Establishing and maintaining provider management strategies and relationships to enable support to the business
·  Ensure timely management of all medical & like requests and approvals to APA standards.  
·  Ensure high level customer service to all stakeholders involved in the medical & like processes including worker, worksafe, medical advisors & employers.
·  Coaching and mentoring claims teams

About you

·  Extensive experience in injury management relating to occupational rehabilitation, claims management and/or return to work
·  Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or industry accreditations
·  Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation
·  Coaching and mentoring experience
·  Demonstrated ability to use clinical reasoning for decision making
