Job role

 

In close collaboration with your direct manager, you will provide support for the coordination of various departments and areas of business.

 

What you will do

 

·  Develops decision documents, prepares presentations and communication for their direct manager and follows up on them
·  Manage and handle daily operational tasks including the review of correspondence addressed to their direct manager, research, and preparation of information to conduct briefings etc.
·  Responsible to deliver content for certain key meetings (e.g. management meetings) on time, in quality and budget including follow up and taking minutes
·  Ensures the manager's day to day activity runs smoothly and their agenda is up to date
·  In addition, you assist in the preparation of strategic issues and combine the operational and the strategic view. Through your professional, communicative nature, you work as an interface inside and outside the company
·  Sets up and maintains project and milestone plans (agile and traditional), planning of meetings and workshops, support resource and capacity planning
·  Monitors project progress (e.g. work status, requirements, velocity), cost, budget, quality, risk and other specific project KPIs or dashboards
·  Prepares  data for reporting purpose, execute (standard) project reports, develop/establish new reporting based on project needs

 

What you bring

 

·  Fluency in English and Romanian
·  University degree
·  Experience in working with senior level management
·  Experience in large impact project/process/change initiatives, project management skills used to develop detailed process steps and project plans to be implemented globally would be an advantage.

·  Solid presentation skills
·  Business acumen
·  The ability to communicate with various levels of management
·  Excellence analytical and organizational skills
·  Proficiency in MS Office knowledge, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
·  Adaptable and flexible mindset
·  Ability to work under pressure
