Job description

Role Overview

As an experienced Senior Manager of the Reporting Solutions & Asset Accounting sub-department, you will support the accounting and reporting activities for the real estate portfolios of Allianz for South West Europe. You will play a key role in formalizing internal processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement, while ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and maintain comprehensive documentation of accounting and reporting processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Oversee the production of our Asset reporting (Data Warehouse…)
  • Coordinate with our German colleagues to harmonize and streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control and accounting standards.
  • Contribute to IT and transformation projects, including the implementation of new accounting rules and tools

 

  • Key Requirements
  • Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Accounting, Audit, or Finance
  • Experience with Process description and outsourcing
  • Experience in an international accounting department or audit firm.
  • Solid knowledge of French GAAP and IFRS;
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally SAP FI, SAP ECCS) and MS Office.
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in drafting formal documentation.
  • Fluent in English; able to participate in professional discussions.
  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong team spirit, customer orientation, and adaptability.
