Job Summary

Manage overall training processes that support internal and external stakeholders including identifying training needs, conception of training journey, developing training program/material, training conduct and evaluation of trainings.

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Responsible to design, establish and update training programme/material that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders that contributes to productivity
·  Develop learning objectives and design deliverables that comply with organizational quality standards in collaboration with key stakeholders
·  Responsible to perform training needs assessments and design and prepare training materials accordingly
·  Conduct training via digital platform and/or classroom.
·  Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programme and recommend improvements
·  Responsible to evaluate, provide feedback, and support the implementation of the companywide training initiatives
·  Responsible for developing informative communication/training via social media platform and monitoring the effectiveness of these platform and propose improvement action.
·  Participate in the projects assigned by Head of Department/superior.
·  To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and whenever required.

 

Key Requirements

·  Candidate with minimum Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent
·  Preferably with 3 -5 years of working experience in the insurance industry with exposure in Sales / training
·  Outstanding communication skills
·  Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
·  High resilience personality and able to work in a team
·  Willingness to travel
