The Impact You Will Have
Drive the success of portfolio aligned engagements by delivering business consultancy and training interventions that enable business adoption and readiness. Work in close alignment with Business Owners to assess impacts, consult on the most effective training rollout and adoption approaches, and implement change management plans. Ensure high-quality results delivered in line with Business Owners’ needs through a clear understanding of customer requirements and agile delivery, improving Allianz Commercial’s ability to serve clients in line with strategic priorities. Drive harmonization, cost-effective solutions, and technical skills development. Prepare and facilitate training sessions, including digital formats, and implement Train-the-Trainer approaches. Organize work packages effectively and, where required, lead workstreams and external consultants to achieve business value realization.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- Provide consultancy to Business Owners and project teams to assess application, process, and organisational changes. Advise on the most effective training rollout and adoption approaches, translating impacts into actionable enablement strategies that support technical skills development.
- Ensure high-quality work results delivered in line with Business Owners’ needs through a clear understanding of customer requirements and agile delivery
- Drive and execute training needs assessments, training concepts, and consulting.
- Develop state-of-the-art eLearning, training materials, and use cases incl. digital assests
- Implement Train-the-Trainer approaches to scale adoption and deliver training according to Allianz Commercial (AzC) standards, building on detailed practical knowledge of systems and processes
- Deliver training sessions and enablement activities in a customer-oriented way, ensuring users are ready and able to adopt new systems and processes effectively.
- Support and execute effective adoption and change reinforcement and transition plans to embed new ways of working and transition to operations teams post go-live.
- Enable people for the change to minimise its impact on individuals and the business, and to enable the organisation to realise expected benefits.
- Drive expert communities through regular exchanges, learning, and best practices, and support knowledge building, sharing, and continuous learning.
- Proactively lead and collaborate with Business Owners and stakeholders to ensure shared ownership for deliverables, outcomes, and benefits realisation.
- Build effective relationships at all levels to raise awareness and understanding of the change, manage expectations, and secure active participation.
- Develop and positively influence key strategic position holders across locations and functions.
- Support cross-functional teams where interdependencies demand collaborative action and teamwork.
- Manage change and adoption-related risks and overcome issues that prevent successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with AzC global standards (Operating & regulatory Frameworks, Training & change mgmt Standards).
- Drive harmonisation and cost-effective solutions, compile and share best practices, and champion methods (Digital learning, Agile ways of working, etc.).
- Act as a sparring partner for management and coach team members.
- Structure and manage work packages, timelines, and deliverables within the training and adoption scope.
- Lead workstreams and direct external consultants as required to achieve project objectives.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- 3-5 years experience in Training Design, Change & Adoption, and Change Management
- 3-5 years experience in Policy Management/Underwriting handling process
- 3-5 years experience in the insurance domain Submission to Bind
- 3-5 years experience in cross-cultural and international work experience
- 1-3 years experience in Project Management and Agile Ways of Working
- 3-5 years experience in AI & IT affinity and Digital Enablement
- 3-5 years Experience in the insurance industry
- Instructional Design & Digital Learning – Designing engaging learning experiences and digital assets
- Training Delivery & Facilitation – Creating interactive, inclusive sessions that drive adoption
- Communication & Storytelling – Crafting clear, compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences and inspire action
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Translating complex impacts into practical solutions
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influencing – Building trust, managing expectations, and securing buy-in across all levels
- Business Consulting & Impact Assessment – Advising on organisational/process changes and translating impacts into actionable strategies
- Project & Workstream Leadership – Structuring work packages, timelines, and leading teams effectively
- Change Management & Adoption Leadership – Leading people through change, managing resistance, and embedding new behaviours
- Cross-functional & Cross-cultural Collaboration – Building strong partnerships across geographies, cultures, and functions to drive alignment and shared outcomes
- English, any other language like French or German is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is preferred

The annualized base pay range for this role is $77364 - $116909. The annual base salary range represents nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
